Native American Paintings - Oils, Pastels, Watercolors, and Charcoals

Horse Trading anyone?

Let's Do Some Horse Tradin'!

If you see something on my website you would love to own but just can't quite bring yourself to part with cash at the moment and you think you might have something that would be great for me, then let's talk

Let me just throw out a few ideas that might interest me or you possibly have something I never thought of.

  • Cameras
  • Really cool easels
  • Art supplies
  • Airline tickets
  • Indian jewelry
  • Clothes
  • Boots
  • Moccasins
  • A Professional printer with large carriage (to go in my studio)
  • Leather (tanned)
  • I have grandchildren, great grandchildren, both grown and little. That broadens the field considerably.
  • Rugs
  • Pottery
  • Feathers (believe it or not) They are beautiful when painted, if they are the right kind.

Most of my models are Native American and I have traded modeling for paintings. Some of these friends have more of my paintings in their homes than I do.

At one time our family owned a cattle ranch in eastern Oregon. From a large window I would watch a family member sit outside on the fence for hours with a neighboring rancher. To all appearances it looked to be a slow, easy day, but those two leather faced friends were doing some serious horse trading, or in this case, cattle. At the end of the day they had made a profitable trade for themselves and both felt pretty happy...

It can happen...
